Diane Reynders
Diane received her training at the Royal Conservatoire in Antwerp and the Lemmens Institute in Leuven. Her experience as a choir member and choral conductor helped shape her as a musician and gave her insight into the use of the voice. She has also participated in concert life by accompanying instrumentalists and singers as a pianist and being part of various musical groups.
After her education, Diane also started her teaching career, which reached its first creative peak around the millenniums: thanks to her initiative, ideas and cooperation, the successful AMV method Noot came into being.
For many years, Diane combined a music assignment in day school with her assignment in the Arts Education Department. The combination of these two worlds gave her a rich pedagogical insight that led to new visions, which she developed and compiled together with Walter Schraeyen in AnnA, a pedagogical guide for teachers of Musical Cultural Formation and Group Music Education.
